Residential Inspections Our Residential Inspection Services identify observed defects and assist in the evaluation of the overall condition of the dwelling. The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components. A structural inspection involves a visual inspection of the foundation, slabs, pier and beams, drainage, load bearing walls, and more. Our Engineers identify signs of movement, even those that the untrained eye can not see. After a thorough analysis of the structure, our recommendations are made and a detailed structural repair design is formulated.
